How do I make a reservation?

phone to confirm availability.
Once this has been
established we will send you a booking form (via fax or email or by "old
fashioned mail") and arrange to hold the villa for 7 days, pending
receipt of a 25% booking deposit.
No further money
is required until twelve weeks prior to your vacation, when the balance
is required.
Pool heating, if required
(winter months only) is payable at the rate of
$25 per day.
Cleaning charges may
apply if booking is for less than seven nights.
